Stressed at your desk? Over the coming few days we are going to take through a number of exercises to help you relax at your desk. These will take a moment but are designed to switch you focus, to focus on something different and to relax.
The first exercise that we want to show you is a breathing exercise, designed to increase your oxygen intake….consequently this will help drop your resting heart rate and help to calm the central nervous system. Be sure to take a few minutes a day to give them a go.
