Thank you for your interest in our series about Running. As promised, here is the first video. Today we are focusing on the Foot and Ankle. This area is crucial for dealing with the reaction force applied through the ground with each step you take.
The crucial movement the we want to encourage is pronation and supination. This exercise is great at encouraging this movement, with the bonus of mobilising through the knee and hips. Try to do a couple of set of 10-15 on each leg.
