Today we are going to discuss knee pain, as it’s very common in modern day life.
Got stairs at home or at work, and your knees ache or give a sharp pain going up or down? Your hip and thigh are probably tight, causing your kneecap to be pulled unevenly.
Try some squats to strengthen around your knee. First, stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, then point your toes straight ahead, and then as you make a sitting movement stick your backside out slightly backwards whilst you keep an upright and straight back. Lower yourself as far as you can go without falling over, your arms can go out in front to balance. Repeat 5-10 times, building to 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
