Today we are going to discuss knee pain during exercise, as it’s very common in modern day life.
Many of you jog or run for exercise. But have you ever suffered knee pain when doing it or after you’ve stopped? Frustrating hey!?
Following a 5 minute jog warm up, stretch your thigh or quadriceps. Lie on your left side, or standing on your left leg, pull your right foot and heel up towards your buttock, feeling the stretch along the front of your thigh. Keep your knees together, and hip straight. Hold for 30-60 seconds, breathing deeply, swap sides. Repeat again after your run.
