Knee pain can happen anywhere and can be very annoying!
Do you lie in bed at night and eventually your knee starts aching? Chances are your hamstrings and calves are tight.
First, sit with one leg straight in front of you, one tucked into the other thigh, walk your fingers along your leg til your feel a “hamstring” stretch in your posterior thigh, hold and breathe for 30-60 seconds then swap sides.
Stand, step your right foot forward a half step, and left foot backwards, bend your left knee until your calf or lower leg stretches, hold 30-60 seconds, swap sides.
