Elbow pain has a nasty way of reminding us, that it is there. Think about all the times you use your hands throughout the day. Chances are you are using them right now to scroll through this email. The muscles that control our hands, run up the forearm and attach to the elbow. Because of this it is often, repetitive type strain issues when using our hands that causes elbow pain.
I want you to try something. Place your hand palm down flat on your desk, with your opposite hand hold the middle finger of the flat hand down…now push that same middle finger up towards the roof. Do you have any pain around the elbow? This is a practical demonstration of how a hand movement can cause elbow pain.
