Lunchtime stretch session 12

Today Dr Luke Gallo (Osteo) has a fantastic stretch session to help break up the day. Sitting for hours on end can lead to your body feeling stiff and sore.

By simply giving yourself 5 minutes of stretching, you can change the sedentary pattern and hopefully put yourself in the position of not ending the day in pain. Prevention is always better than a cure, so please take the time to do this. Your body will thank you for it.
