Welcome to our first Lunchtime stretch session.

The idea with these sessions is that you follow along with our practitioners for 5-6 minutes. Remove yourself from distractions and give yourself the next few minutes to switch off and have a stretch.

In todays session Dr Matt Cooper (Osteo) is taking you through some exercises for your neck and shoulders. These are great for reducing tension in these areas and getting you moving.
