Thank you for watching the first video from our swim clinic. Here is the second video. Today we are focusing on the hips and low back. This area is incredibly important for balance, speed and dynamic movement within the pool. There is an important balance between stability and mobility in this area and getting this right will not only make your feel stronger in the water, it will make you swim quicker.
