Today I am going to take you through a basic ergonomic set up of your desk. This video will help you with some strategies on how to set yourself up at your desk and the common problems we see with peoples set up. Ergonomics are a band aid type solution which is only part of the solution to making sure you don’t get sore at your desk. The biggest thing you can do, is get up and get moving. Our bodies are designed to move, not sit and so by ensuring that you move at least once an hour you will help reduce the strain on your body.
