As an F45 trainer and lover of a good workout, I couldn’t resist getting down to F45 Docklands South to help them celebrate their 2nd anniversary.

Before smashing out/struggling through 2 of their Hollywood sessions, I filmed a quick video. It covers off some common technique errors that often lead to back pain from F45 (and other workouts using these common exercises), and how you can adjust your form.
