Lat Stretch
Holding stretch for 30 seconds, look to progress arm further across body.
Pendulum Swings
Traction shoulder joint and draw circles both clockwise and counter-clockwise for 15-30 seconds each side.
Forearm Mobilisation
Look to stretch for 15-20 seconds in each of the various wrist and finger positions.
Wrist Traction
Manoeuvre and reset the wrist 3 times while making a fist.
Upper Trap Stretch
Hold stretch for 5-6 deep breaths, be relaxed and control the movement on both sides.
Shoulder Retractions
Squeeze shoulder blades back and together, holding for 3 seconds then relax 10 times over.
Shoulder Shrugs
Try 8-10 while holding at the top of the shrug for 3 seconds. Focus on control and tempo.
