Your plantar fascia is the support system for your foot, as such it is important to look after it. What we tend to find in people with Plantar fascia pain is that the bottom of their foot is incredibly tight meaning the plantar fascia is on stretch. An incredibly tight plantar fascia puts pressure on where it attaches into the heel bone and give rise to the most common foot complaint.
