Heel pain is incredibly common and often it is when you are doing something as simple as walking. This is most often due to an irritation of the Achilles tendon; the Achilles attached the calf muscles to you foot and allows you to plant your foot on the ground. Often Achilles pain can creep up on you and our natural reaction is to stretch the calf muscle. Sometime this can contribute to your heel pain.
So today I want to show you a very quick exercise you can do anytime to help increase blood flow to the Achilles tendon. Try reps of 6-8 reps with a 3 second pause in the middle. Watch the video and you see.
