One of the common issues we see in the clinic is Ankle pain whilst running. This can often be felt as pain in the front of your ankle, like a pinching sensation, during or after a run. This is due to your ankles inability to deal with the force you are putting through it when contacting the ground whilst running.
We’ve found that when you lose accessory motion (Rotations etc) in the ankle it can lead to this sort of pain. Here is a quick Ankle Mobility exercise to alleviate this type of injury. Give this exercise a go for 10-15 reps.
